I had a lovely stay in the Garden Twin Room, which was spacious and allowed easy parking right outside. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help with any inquiries. Breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.
The bathroom could use a walk-in shower.

The gluten-free options were a culinary delight, and every dish we tried was bursting with flavor! Plus, the breakfast spread was a feast for the senses—truly top-notch. We also appreciated the friendly service from the staff, who made our stay all the more enjoyable.
While the double room could use a bit of a facelift, it didn't dim the charm of our getaway. Just a nudge for a walk-in shower could elevate the experience to blissful heights!

Consider requesting a garden room for added privacy and a tranquil ambiance, especially if events are happening in the main hotel.

missingWrote a review on Nov 12spacious roomstraightforward layoutdated decor
The room offers decent space, providing enough room for a solo traveler. The layout is straightforward, making it easy to settle in without fuss.
The hotel feels quite tired and noticeably in need of an update. decor appears dated, contributing to an overall lackluster ambiance. During my stay, I found the shower underwhelming, with subpar water pressure that made for a less than refreshing experience. The bathroom amenities left something to be desired as well, particularly with the incorrect soap provided. The TV remote felt sketchy at best, adding to the frustration. Instead of cups and saucers, simple mugs would have been a better option for enjoying tea and coffee. The handling of simple requests seemed hit or miss, leading to an overall inconsistent experience. there seemed to be a lack of hustle. the hotel felt sparsely populated.

The staff were friendly and helped us with everything, even recommended a nice place to eat outside the hotel. We liked being able to park right outside our room, made it easy when we had stuff to carry.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was acceptable for what we got.

It was just an ideal choice for a short visit in Hereford with good value for price. The access to the room was super convenient for loading and unloading bags right at the door. Just be aware that some rooms may have issues with odors, so check before settling in.

We had a lovely stay, enjoying the cozy Garden Twin Room and some delicious meals right on-site, especially breakfast! There were nice spots to unwind, like the outdoor seating area and the inviting lounge. The bath was a bit snug for my liking, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. 🌼
